Client:

Success Story of Zelenka in Reports Development with Auto Reports Generation and Pushing to Centralized Server at Large Petrochemical Plant.

 

Problem Statement:

In 5 different Plants within main plant, Automation & Control System given was Plant Specific. Automation System Provider had not given any access to Plant Users to view Reports from within the Intranet. IT Team and Management wanted to get all process data on Centralized Server via a Firewall. Also they wanted to have Reports Emailed to specific Team Members on Auto Basis. The purpose was to link Process Data to Advanced Production Analysis Software. 

 

Solution:

Zelenka Reporting Tool was used first to Develop Reports for individual Plants. Post that Auto Reports (Using Schedular Module) was used to push Reports Data to Centralized Server with protection of Firewall Device. Regularly Reports started reaching Centralized Server and getting emailed to Users. Upon reaching Centralized Server, Process Parameters could be shared to Third Party for Advanced Production analysis. Thus Zelenka Reports and its allied Utilities were instrumental in bringing Process Parameters Data to a Central Server.
