Zelenka Reporting Solution: This brings
Superfast Report Designing and Mapping for Industrial Applications. An
Industrial Report Designing Tool which can be used to design and generate Batch
Reports, Data Log Reports, Shift Reports, Alarm and Audit Reports along with
Trend Reports. Reporting is an essential and most important part of the
Automation Projects and Zelenka replaces all the traditional Customized
Development Methods to generate Reports. Zelenka comes with an inbuilt Report
Configurator which has multiple options of Communication Engines Configurations
and Report Viewer Configurations. Report Designing is done on a Canvas with
very easy to use Tables with Drag & Drop and Tag Mapping. Minimizing the
Reports' Development time & Zero Programming are the main objectives of the
Application. Zelenka Report Viewer is with Options for Desktop and Browser
Applications.
Zelenka Reporting Configurator and Viewer are installed on SCADA Server. In the
Client’s Intranet, Reports can be viewed on Operator Work Stations (OWS) by
Zelenka Report Viewer Applications or If Viewer is a Browser Based then it can
be accessed from the Main SCADA Server.
Main Layer is the SCADA Layer under which the Source Data Layer is present
where SCADA would do the Data Logging of Processes. Under this Layer is Zelenka
Reporting with Zelenka’s Layer for Interface with various Sources. Zelenka has
pre-configured multiple backends which you can connect automatically.
E-Signature and Schedular Modules with Auto Reports are essential features for
Regulated Industries. Zelenka can have Multiple Users viewing Reports
simultaneously.
insight Acquisition System (iAS): This
is a Base Ready Application that can communicate with Data Loggers, PLC &
HMIs with TCP/IP or FTP Protocol for Logging Temperature, Humidity, or any
other Environmental Parameters. This Base Ready Product is for Manufacturers of
Stability Chambers, Data Loggers, Autoclaves, Scanners, Controllers, Cold Room
Manufacturers, etc. It’s a Desktop / Browser Based Application with
Client-Server Architecture available. Both Application Versions are Part 21 CFR
Chapter 11 Compatible as per Pharma Guidelines. Data Logging Application is
also available for Auto Clave Devices in Batch Data logging Mode. Strong
Backend Service for Continuous and Batch Data Logging is the key point for this
Application. Our Data Logging Application's 4,500 successful installations have

devices. Detailed Analysis Reports with Dashboards can be designed. Android and
